District:The apartments are located in a quiet city center on Ruská street near Zamnetsky Park. The central square of the city with the Fontana and Galerie TEPLICE Shopping Centers, the Kaufland and Billa supermarkets are a 5-minute walk from the house. You can reach the Imperial Spa and Beethoven Spa on foot in 8-10 minutes.To the sanatoriums "New Spa", "Stone Spa", "The Military Spa" the walk takes about 20 minutes or 10 minutes by trolley bus, and to the center "Regreso" on foot only 10 minutes or 3 minutes by trolley bus.

 

House Rules:
- Check in from 15:00 (but we will try to prepare the apartment for you as early as possible), check out before 10:00

- We ask you to follow the rules of accommodation located in the apartments.
- Accommodation in the apartment is possible only without pets.

- We ask you not to smoke in the apartment. To do this, we have a corridor and an ashtray, as well as a patio.
- Please do not make noise at night (from 21-00 to 7-00).
- We ask you to take out the trash and wash the dishes when leaving.

 

Other important details:

DO NOT FORGET to bring your shales and bathing accessories to visit the thermal pools, water park or lakes of Barbora and Milada!- For stays less than 8 days - the cost is calculated according to the first column. Prepayment for reservations of 2500 Kč or 100 euros. If canceled more than 30 days before the date of stay, cancellation is free. If canceled in less than 30 days, the prepayment amount is not refundable.ATTENTION! For those who are going to come to us to treat children, we have prepared a SPECIAL OFFER! ! We do not charge for children with disabilities up to 15 years. If you, for example, intend to come together (2 adults and a child), then specify 2 people in the reservation, the child will live for free!Accommodation for 1 child under 2 years old or 1 disabled child under 15 years old - free of charge.
